What this is

Questburg is a service for families: grown-ups set quests, kids check off what they did, grown-ups approve points, and points turn into gifts and things for the kid’s hero. The service is provided by ECOMGO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, number 15280587, at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By using Questburg you accept these terms.

Who can use it

An account is created by an adult — a parent or guardian. Children use Questburg under that adult’s supervision and within their family. The adult is responsible for adding only their own children or children in their care.

Your account

Use a working email and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account and with the access keys you issue.

Points and items

Stars, gifts, perks and hero items are part of the game. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the family. Gifts promised to a child are provided by the grown-up, not by Questburg.

What’s not allowed

Disrupting the service, guessing other people’s passwords or keys, creating families automatically, uploading unlawful or offensive content.

Your content

Quest names, pictures and the rest stay yours. You allow us to store them and show them to members of your family — the service needs this to work.

Community items

Hero items proposed by outside makers reach the shared store only after our review.

Price

Questburg is free for now. If paid features appear, we will tell you in advance; what your kids have already earned stays.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in the family settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, with notice where possible.

As is

We work to keep the service running, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, ECOMGO LTD is not liable for indirect losses; nothing here limits the rights consumer law gives you.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections of your country still apply.
